Misc. Accomplishments Of Owner Bill Pierce:

• Builder/Architect magazine cover story in 1996
• Directed efforts to develop and publish model contracts used by builders throughout Montana
• Chaired an ad hoc building code working group established to identify code provisions & enforcement policies which unreasonably add cost to residential structures
• Actively involved in BuildPac
• Worked to organize “Montanans for Affordable Housing” providing money for distribution to Montana candidates & Montana housing issues
• Served on St. Peter’s Hospital Board of Directors
• Worked formally on behalf of Fannie Mae at the national level to assure the continuation of a strong secondary housing market
• Active member of the Powell County Planning Board
